Shipping Information
Because of the extensive product inventory that we maintain, we are able to fulfill the majority of orders within twenty-four hours. Within a reasonable amount of time, we will get in touch with you to provide you with an anticipated shipping date in the event that your order involves products that are not currently in stock. For same-day shipping, expedited orders must be received by three o’clock before the workday’s end. Please give us a call before placing your order if the shipment you are anticipating is time-sensitive so that we can verify that we will be able to fulfill your requirements. We will make every effort that is reasonable to commence shipment and arrange delivery as near as practicable to the date(s) that you have specified for completion of the delivery. On the other hand, we ask that you keep in mind that the dates we provide for delivery are simply estimates, and that shipments may be affected by variables that are beyond our control. We are unable to take responsibility for any shipping faults or delays that are caused by the carriers of the cargo. After an order has been sent to the shipment carrier by Satria Marine, it is not possible to cancel or reschedule the order at any time.
All orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, with the exception of the days that are observed as holidays, which are as follows: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Free Shipping Offer Requirements
Requirements for Free Ground Shipping:
Checkout Order must be greater than or equal to $3,000.00 to qualify
Checkout must be via standard “Proceed to Checkout” option
Free Ground shipping to anywhere in Indonesia
Orders with items exceeding 150 lbs in weight will not qualify for free shipping; you will be contacted with the freight charges before the order is processed
Offer only valid for WEB purchases
Return Policy
Every single return needs to be authorized. Products that are returned without first receiving authorization will not be accepted. Number of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued for the items. You are required to send items back to us with freight pre-paid and insurance coverage.
New Equipment Returns
Within thirty days of the date that the shipment was received, defective new equipment may be returned to us for warranty restoration or exchange. After the thirty-day period has passed, returns will be processed through direct contact and in line with the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the item. An additional fee will be assessed for the repair of any items that have failed to perform properly as a result of improper handling, electrical overload, or other factors.
If the equipment is still in a new, resellable condition and includes the original manual(s), accessories, packaging material, and box, then it will be legal to return non-defective new equipment within thirty days of the date on which the shipment was received. Returns that are not in their original packing, do not include any accessories, are damaged, or show obvious evidence of usage are subject to being rejected by our company. A restocking fee of up to ten percent of the total purchase price may be applicable. The return policy does not apply to special orders.
Customers from other countries are required to ship any returns to us with the freight and duty already paid. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any return freight charges that are associated with international shipments.
Used Equipment Returns
The units will be inspected once they have been received, and it will be determined whether or not the warranty covers the repair or exchange of the apparatus. Your Purchase Order and/or our written quotation will specify the length of time that the warranty will be in effect. We reserve the right to either repair, replace, or reimburse the amount that was paid for the unit within our discretion.
Unless a prior right-of-refusal term has been agreed upon in writing with your Account Manager, non-defective used equipment will normally not be accepted for return when it is returned.
Check Return Status
To check the status of a return, email sales. Please be sure to include your RMA number.
Package Tracking
Tracking information for orders that have been dispatched via air freight and sea freight can be obtained through the website of the courier service. It is necessary for you to have a tracking number. In addition, you can send an email with the order status for tracking information.
